Salary: $24-25/hour
Shift: 7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday
Job Summary: Express Employment in Windsor is looking to fill a role for a client in Windsor. The Service Coordinator is the key conduit between our customers, our sales department, and service departments. Working with customers in an assigned area, the Service Coordinator assists customers and sales personnel who call in to request service. The Service Coordinator schedules and dispatches Service Technicians and contractors to complete the work.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2-3 years of coordinating experience
- Prior work experience in a professional office environment
- Must be able to work in an office as a team
- Background check and drug test are required
- Good prior work history (no gaps/long term work)
- Great customer service is a must
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating between sales/service/and customers
- Fast paced, multitasking work
- Making sure work is completed by technicians
- Talking on the phone/emailing
