Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer service support to Sales & Marketing team
- Handle all order management including verifying completeness of orders, entering/tracking orders, and reviewing invoices
- Answer calls and live chats regarding inquiries and status updates
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma 2 years of experience
- MS Outlook/Word experience
- Quoting experience a plus!
Salary Information
- Starting pay: $20/hour
