What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Extension, Inc.?
Extension is seeking a Finance Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in New Berlin, WI.
Responsibilities:
- The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial operations of two business units
- P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Assist with month end close including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Act as a point of contact for financial analysis and financial information requests
- Physical inventory procedures, act as a point of contact for inventory job costing and ERP system support
- Other general accounting duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in finance/accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced ERP background
- Advanced knowledge of cost accounting and inventory
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Salary Information:
- Up to $115,000, bonus 6%
