What You’ll Impact at Extension
In this Recruiter role, you’ll work to identify qualified contract, contract-hire and direct hire talent using the resources and technology given to you at Extension (we’ll hook you up)! You’ll evaluate each candidate’s experience and skillset and work to make a match with an open position with one of Extension’s clients. You’ll coach your candidate through the entire process prepping for interview through onboarding. You’ll be an integral part of changing the lives of the talent you work with and it will feel oh-so good!

- You have a proven track record of success in recruiting for professional level positions
- You are extremely self-motivated and can be independent in your work but also love working with a team
- You meet (and crush) KPIs/goals set for you
- You have a winning, competitive spirit (who likes to lose, anyway?)
- Professional business communication both verbal and written
