What You'll Impact at Our Client
As the Technical Trainer , you will be responsible for the development technical training programs for Service and Customer personnel and to ensure uniformity of the programs for all groups.This will be done by writing service training materials, class outlines and training aids to be utilized in instruction for Certified and field classes. You will administer the Technical Certification program including curriculum, testing, promotion of programs and budget management.
