About The Role // As a natural storyteller the Content Producer will work with customer success stakeholders to write, optimize, and produce engaging on-brand content. Your work will touch every stage of the customer’s journey, from prospects to current customers. This role requires the ability to tell a story using the company’s voice and based on a Customer Success Outcome. The necessary skill set will include a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. Reports to the Customer Insights Manager with a dotted line to the creative director.

What You’ll Do // As a Content Producer, your responsibilities will include:

• Research/create/curate valuable content to attract, inform, and engage an audience, while also promoting the brand.
• Act as a storyteller by developing compelling content that delights, educates, and engages the target audience through the buyer's journey.
• Ensure the content remains true to Extensis’ voice and tone through grammar, usage, consistency, accuracy, and personality.
• Write, optimize, and edit content such as blog articles, whitepapers, infographics, checklists, short video scripts, etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact between your customer success stakeholders and marketing.
• Manage the movement of supportive stakeholder projects through the marketing workflow.
• Maintain and apply in-depth knowledge of the current marketing strategies.
• Lead your stakeholders in marketing best practices – striving to achieve the best outcome, even if the outcome is different than the original request.
• Watch for opportunities to expand and utilize marketing projects to benefit your customer success stakeholders.
• Utilize your data analysis to continuously test, build and evolve effective messaging.
• Coordinate efforts with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency while maintaining a strong Extensis voice and tone.
• Closely collaborate with the Marketing Analyst and Customer Success team to ensure the metrics of the content pieces are continually improving. 

Requirements

What You Bring // In addition to a can-do attitude, a desire to learn, and a strong passion for marketing, the ideal candidate will also have the following: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience with communications or marketing.
• Digitally-savvy, brand curious and marketing-fluent.
• Understanding of basic principles of SEO, and eager to learn more.
• Adept at marketing and supporting the long-term success outcomes of users/customers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team mentality.
