We are currently seeking a Director of Health Services (Director of Nursing) who is passionate about making a difference for our North Shore Community!
Position Pay: $115K to $125K per year

The non-negotiables:
- Must have a passion for the relationship side of clinical care
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state
- Experience leading and influencing across the network of clinical staff, preferably in a senior care or long-term care setting
- Passion for working with the elderly or those with memory impairing disease
- Thrives supervising, teaching, and leading others
- Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- Dedication to working with seniors in a culturally diverse workforce
What you'll be doing:
- Communicating with and serving as the clinical liaison between residents, families, nursing staff, doctors, and administrators
- Evaluating nurse performance, implementing changes to nursing best practices, and managing standard-of-care guidelines
- Developing short- and long-term staffing, procedural, and standard-of-care goals
- Ensuring the Resident Care Director successfully sets nursing staff schedules, manages onboarding, and trains new nursing staff
- Monitoring and recording expenses
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies and regulations
