We are hiring for a Senior Compensation/Total Rewards Analyst. This Senior Compensation/Total Rewards Analyst will assist in the development and implementation of the company`s compensation programs, including competitive salary structures, bonus programs, sales compensation plans, etc. They will analyze employee information to create various reports used by management. counsel and train junior levels of management on varied issues of compensation and oversee the preparation of job descriptions and evaluates market survey data used to determine the grading of jobs. This hybrid position can reside in our office in New Hope, MN or our new location in Grand Rapids, MI.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance on the development of competitive salary structures, incentive/bonus programs, compensation plans, performance evaluation programs and compensation procedures/policies to support organizational objectives.
Recommends and initiates special projects, salary pay grade changes and analyzes various department requirements to determine current and future compensation related needs.
Conduct analyses of company data and provide requisite reporting, assuring validation and integrity of data.
Provide guidance on strategic planning, policy development, and cost modeling to ensure the organization is competitive in the market.
Facilitate the process of writing/revising job descriptions (and maintaining those files) to determine appropriate hiring ranges.
Conduct market surveys, research trends, and analyze data to develop recommendations for salary, benefits, special compensation programs and incentive programs.
Administers employee recognition program that focuses on formal and informal rewards.
Provide consultation and support to employees on benefits and compensation issues.
Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
Develop and administer benefit plans, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Analyze effectiveness of total reward programs and suggest improvements if needed.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Monitor and report on total reward cost and budget.
Assist with a variety of additional HR special projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
University Degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Typically, a minimum of 3-4 years’ work experience required.
Strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and an understanding of human resources regulations and practices.
