- Drive and park vehicles in designated areas
- Keep the lot organized and ensure vehicles are properly displayed
- Assist customers with locating vehicles and provide exceptional guest services
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning vehicles out.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment
```Skills```
- Retail math: Ability to perform basic calculations related to sales, discounts, and pricing
- Guest services: Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for customers
- Manual transmission: Proficiency in driving vehicles with manual transmission
- Dealership knowledge: Familiarity with dealership operations and processes
- Excellent driving skills: Clean driving record and ability to drive various types of vehicles safely
- Effective communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Hospitality mindset: A friendly and welcoming attitude towards customers, providing a high level of service
