Discover your exciting roleThe Architect V is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guide the architectural team during the design/construction process. Architect V will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities- Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standards
- Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems
- Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination
- Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
- Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibility
- Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams
- Participates in the development of office standards and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
- Master's in Architecture preferred
- Architectural License (AIA) required
- LEED AP with Specialty or GA (Green Associate) preferred
- Nation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate preferred
- 12 years of experience
- 5 years of experience with semiconductor and microelectronics facilities
- Experience executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System Software
- Experience with Design-Build a plus
- Experience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems Software Experience with Design-Build a plus
- Experience in global teams and/or multi-office project execution is desirable
- Be capable of enjoying the work and keeping a positive attitude in a challenging environment
- Knowledgeable and productive in the Autodesk Building System Software work environment
- Exhibit a professional demeanour and be a proactive problem solver
- Understands Standard Installation Details, client BIM standards, industry drafting and design standards
- Demonstrable proficiency with Autodesk Building Systems Software
- Adept at interfacing with and aligning multiple stakeholders with diplomacy
- Exhibit a professional demeanour and be a proactive problem solver
