HR Services is a new global team established within EY Global Business Enablement that is organized under common leadership and a new operating model. Responsible for HR processes, transactions and technology across our global organization, the mission of HR Services is to deliver world class globally consistent processes and enabling technology.
EY is embarking on an exciting multiyear HR system transformation journey that will deliver an integrated enterprise-wide cloud based HR platform. This will enable the organization to meet its strategic talent/business goals and creates new leadership opportunities within our HR Systems team.
The opportunity
Global Digital Talent – Learning Design & Deployment Lead role is a key role and responsible for leading and/or coordinating the design and deployment of Learning solutions Globally. Working with and managing relationships with Senior Learning stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
Leading a team to manage and support EY Learning Technology landscape including SAP SuccessFactors LMS in a global environment.- Lead and review the creation of project plans, definition of project scope, objectives and the involvement of the senior stakeholders and project sponsors
- Lead multiple simultaneous complex and varied projects
- Build and develop strong relationship with stakeholders and sponsors. Ability to influence and drive stakeholders and sponsors in decision making
- Escalation point, manage risk and escalate to sponsors, steering committees and leadership teams
- Approves the project team based on the requirements and the engagement of resources
- Review on a regular basis and approve the project budget in terms of time and materials for internal and external resources
- Review and approve changes to project scope, schedule, budgets and resources
- Validate the critical path in defining project duration, resources and contingency plans
- Review and validate recommended functional and technical requirements and the outcome of the gap analysis between as-is and to-be scenarios.
- Manage the team during the building phase to make sure that the implementation meets the requirements and stakeholders’ expectation.
- Review and approve the readiness assessment for the deployment (i.e. data cleansing, environment configuration and user profiling)
- Approve the software transition from the project to BAU maintenance and handover
- Approve project strategy, objectives, decision criteria and prioritization within the portfolio in order to ensure the right balance between demand and supply
- Review the definition of scope of services (SOW) to assess vendors capability to deliver projects successfully.
- Monitor vendors' performance and deliverables against EY standards and agreed targets
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
Expertise in Successfactors LMS and understanding of Jam- 10 to 12 years' experience within the HR function, with at least last 3 to 5 years with a focus on Successfactors LMS
- Well conversant with Connectors in SF LMS and relevant APIs.
- Well conversant with integrating external vendors content.
- Expertise in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- Proficient in using business English
- Due to the global nature of the role there may be a need to work outside of normal business hours to accommodate calls and meetings across time zones.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Associate level certification in SF LMS from SAP.
