Base Pay: Base pay of $25,000/yr Membership and Retail Sales Commission / YOY Bonus.

Function: Assists in all daily operations & management responsibilities

Eye Tactic Lash Lift Studio is looking to revolutionize the Lash Lift market by providing an upscale service at an affordable price. Our membership-based salon also offers an exclusive product line.

The Studio Coordinator is to manage and coordinate the studio and provide excellent customer service to all members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests, and maintaining a professional environment in the studio. In addition to completing all the functional duties of their primary position, the studio coordinator will be responsible for completion of tasks to ensure the highest level of quality and guests care within the studio.

Job Description

Principle Duties for Assistant Studio Director:

· Oversees studio management duties

• Achieve 25% or higher studio membership closing

• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio

• Coach and train lash technicians on the sales process

• Assists in managing Lash technician schedules, adjustments, and coverage

• Balance sales detail report and make daily deposits

• Follows up to ensure communication board is updated

• Keeps track and documents inventory and order supplies, daily counts

• Informs Director of operation of any retail inventory concerns

• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas and storage rooms

Top Priorities for Studio Coordinator:

· Opening procedures & Daily / Maintain professionalism at front desk and reception area

· Assists in scheduling appointment’s and answering calls / Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting guests

· Assists in managing Technician & other staff and schedules

· Balance sales detail report and make daily deposits

• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys

· Maintains an impeccable clean studio

· Selling memberships to guests / Close 25% or greater membership sales

Experience required for Studio Coordinator:

• College education preferred

• Management, sales and/or marketing helpful

• Sales experience in service/retail industry

• Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create a winning team

• Able to communicate up-line information to Director of Studio and Franchise Owner

• Competent trainer and motivator

• Must be able to work flexible hours including days/nights and weekends

• Desire to learn & adapt to the Membership selling process and other areas of a growing business

• Various duties as assigned by Director of Operation or CEO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
