What we’re looking for:
The company is in urgent need of a Full-Time Optometrist to become part of their highly trained and dedicated team of Eyecare Professionals and staff. The Candidate must be adept in the following areas:

Comprehensive eye exams
-
Eye surgery co-management
-
Treatment of eye emergencies, diagnosis and management/treatment of ocular disease

Expertise in the fitting of medically necessary contacts
-
Interpretation of a variety of ophthalmic imaging
Formal residency training and/or prior clinical experience is preferred.
Days & Hours:
40 hours per week
Saturdays required

Founded in the 1950’s, the practice now has three state of the art establishments in Cass and Jackson counties. It has grown from its humble beginnings just above a drug store in Raytown to having offices in Raymore and Blue Springs.
All their offices are staffed with highly skilled doctors and an extensive support team who are passionate about providing patients with the best optical care centered on compassion and excellent customer service. Some of the eye conditions treated by their optometrists include myopia (nearsightedness) and hyperopia (farsightedness) as well as cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, astigmatism and dry eye syndrome. They strive on being the leader in technological advancements in eye care no matter how fast pace the changes are. As a display of their dedication to patient care, they participate in numerous clinical studies for advances in eye care and condition diagnosis.
