Optometrist - 4 day work week-Make up to $225,000, No Weekends! - Alton, IL
Join an established private practice looking to add a full-time 4-day-a-week Optometrist in a full-scope practice. Our next OD will be friendly and looking to offer excellent patient care to our loyal patient base.
Practice 30 minutes outside of downtown St. Louis, MO
DETAILS
Tues- Friday
No weekends
See 25 patients a day (see all ages)
Primary care heavy medical.
HOURS
Tuesday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Wednesday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Ability to make over $225,000 a year (2 different models offered : $80,000 base salary Quarterly bonus of production or guaranteed base salary of $110,000 bonus tied to 15% production of billing)
Billing includes all exams, contacts, glasses, and anything purchased after an exam is seen.
No production cap!
Excellent support staff, including tech coverage and optician.
Updated technology, including visual field, autorefractor, optomap, and EMR
health, dental insurance
401k with 5% match,
$1,000 CE allowance annually.

All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.
