About the Job:
A busy, expanding practice is looking to hire Call Representative.
The perfect candidate will:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Efficiently answer patient inquiries by providing general information, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their appointments, etc. via phone.
- Take patients calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and quality customer service
- Scan insurances, patients’ forms, and other documents as necessary.
- Assist doctors and other supporting staff, as necessary.
- Call no-show patients and schedule them.
- Keep the place organized and clean.
- Help front desk.
Qualifications:
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Experience working in a medical/optical office setting preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a must
Previous experience working in optical office is preferred.
Competitive pay and a great working environment!
Pay: $15.00-16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Position requires Saturday availability.
