Driver Dispatcher/Freight Broker.

Load Planning and assigning loads to drivers.
keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls they make and/or receive, the vehicles they monitor and control, and the actions they take.
Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
Providing customers with shipping quotes.
Booking orders with carriers.
Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
Extensive use of platforms such as DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, etc.
Negotiate the best rate possible with brokers and shippers.
HAVING A BOOK OF BUSINESS IS A HUGE PLUS!!!
