As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. You will be in charge of the logistics processes, inventory management, team management, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations. You will need to collaborate closely with the supply chain team, transportation companies, and other relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and implement optimal warehousing and distribution strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Warehouse Operations Management: Responsible for the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and delivery.
- Inventory Management: Supervise inventory levels, goods rotation, and inventory records to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Logistics Planning: Develop and execute logistics plans to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with relevant regulations and company quality standards, and take necessary actions to address any quality issues.
- Warehouse Facility Management: Ensure the safety and cleanliness of warehouse facilities and collaborate with relevant departments for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Performance Evaluation: Establish performance metrics and standards, monitor team performance, and implement necessary improvement measures.
- Systems and Technology Application: Proficiently use warehouse management systems and related technological tools to enhance warehouse operations' efficiency and accuracy.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks in warehouse operations and take preventive measures to ensure safe operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse operations processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management or logistics field.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving goals.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data and inventory records.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate and comprehend seamlessly between the two languages.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
