The ideal candidate for this position will be a proven inside sales professional with IT channel experience. Further, a self starter who will take ownership of their sales performance and grow with the company. The role will be focused on DMRs, specifically Connection, Insight SHI.

Job purpose
This position is a hybrid role between Inside Sales and Account Manager. The main objective is focusing on customer satisfaction across all channels and tiers (distribution, dmr, and end-users), supporting internal teams (Outside Sales & Marketing) on synergy initiatives related to sales and support, and generating revenue through active call and email campaigns.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction (all 3 customer tiers).
- Generate sales leads through call out’s and email programs
- Responsible for hitting monthly sales metrics, goals and quota
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Responsible for communicating directly with Customers via telephone and e-mail.
- Responsible for maintaining basic product knowledge.
- Responsible for documenting support issues in CRM and w/ VP and AU team.
- Responsible for documenting customer history in CRM.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with multi-tier accounts
- Responsible for identifying issues which require advanced support from Tech Support Team or Sales Team.
- Social media account support
- All the duties assigned by VP of Sales
- Team player – Back up customer support, future inside sales and field sales as needed.
- Set-up and maintain a functional Home office workspace
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· 3-5 years of Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience with hardware or manufactured goods
· 2-3 year of DMR experience (insight, connection, SHI, zones preferred)
- Experience working with CRM tools (Hubspot Preferred)
- Active listening
- Ability to be an individual contributor supporting team goals
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Strong phone presence and experience answering and dialling dozens of calls per day
- Strategic and outside the box thinking
Working conditions
This position will require little overnight travel related to trade shows, client engagements, team building events, etc. When traveling all employee’s expenses related to the trip will be covered by employer. We also need to mention that travel should take place during off-peak business hours when possible.

Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and can regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 50 lbs (i.e. trade show booth setup).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
