Their duties include working with customers both over the phone and in-person to answer account questions, place delivery or service requests, and to take payments.

A Customer Care Agent should expect to perform all the following duties daily:
• Handle incoming customer calls for fuel delivery and service requests.
• Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Provide balance, credit inquiries, and invoice totals to customers.
• Inform customers about our services and products.
• Verify accurate pricing on customer accounts.
• Process all forms of customer payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate for a Customer Care Agent position should possess and demonstrate professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. They will have strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills and be able to effectively manage their time. A successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to change, work as part of a team and perform work responsibilities independently.
Because our Customer Care Agents will have access to private customer information, the ability to maintain confidentiality on the highest level is required.
