2nd Shift Lead

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and run jobs to produce high quality machined parts.
- Monitoring employee performance and focusing on areas of opportunity to maximize team performance.
- Ensure communication between work areas and shifts.
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality requirements, industrial engineering, and tool engineering.
- Follows safe work practices and ensures others do the same.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE PREFERED
- 2-3 years' experience as a lead in manufacturing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Desire to maintain a clean and safe 5S work environment.
- Punctuality and Good Attendance is a Must
- Problem-solve issues as required.

Midwest Sheet Metal Fabrication Located in Hartford, Wisconsin, our modern sheet metal fabrication facility is designed specifically for rapid production at low cost. We are a short drive from the Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin metropolitan areas.
