Sephora Account Manager and FaceGym Brand Ambassador – Miami

Tuesday to Saturday with flexibility to support business and events.

FaceGym is the first of its kind and a unique facial fitness experience, and is in the confidence-boosting business. Think of us as a complete gym workout for your face. We combine powerful kneading movements with our high-performance skincare, innovative tools and cutting-edge technology to tone and tighten the 40 forgotten muscles of the face – in our Studios, on face-gym.com and our Digital Studio, third-party retailers (Sephora, Selfridges, SAKS, Net-a-Porter to name a few, and many new ones to come), and at home. We are based in central London, working across the UK & USA, with new markets to launch soon!

Job Summary

To deliver excellent service to Sephora and FaceGym customers that drives the business through customer acquisition and retention. Represent FaceGym by living through the company values taking customers and Sephora Beauty Advisors on a journey of facial fitness and skin metabolism via our products, unique application methods and services provided.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;

SALES & PERFORMANCE

· Meet all sales targets & KPIS set by the business cumulatively ensuring the success of FaceGym in Sephora.

· Support with sell through of new lines launched and having a strong understanding of the mix of business in store adapting sales and training approach accordingly.

· Build and foster relationships with Sephora Store Managers and Beauty Advisors that maintain FaceGym reputation and keeping the brand front of mind.

· Identify key locations that offer strong sales and book local events that to drive sales, gain customers and elevate the FaceGym Movement of facial fitness in store.

· Support FSC event planning and leading the management and running of the scheduled events locally. Be an integral part of the planning, executing and reviewing of each event.

· Ensure the evolution and ongoing success by providing insight and regional knowledge to the Marketing teams.

· Identify areas of opportunity in store through activity that can disrupt, augment and challenge the status quo of skincare and enable customer interest through theatre, engagement driving acquisition. Reporting back to Sales & Operations Director, Marketing Manager and National Education Manager.

· Visit all stores in your region on a regular cycle prioritizing top grossing doors with higher footfall and sales.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

· Deliver the training curriculum provided by the Education Director that supports the launch calendar and always on campaign, whilst identifying local development needs providing training that supports them.

· Schedule regular training sessions virtually and in store on brand and product knowledge, specifically focusing on customer concerns to drive sales.

· Track all training carried out to ensure that the FaceGym training reaches the maximum number of BAs and equally develops them and builds their confidence though selling skills, product knowledge and application technique.

· Support with Sephora training seminars (digitally and physically) and cascade information on a local level during store visits.

· Motivate and inspire by delivering a high standard of commercial and professional, hands-on coaching and training to all team members.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with the BAs in store that cements FaceGym being the ‘go-to’ brand for high performance skincare and tools delivered by a brand that has FAMILY Values.

OPERATIONS & COORDINATION

· Maintain the visual merchandising locally in store reporting any issues or ordering replacements of broken or damaged point of sale.

· Help to maintain good levels of stock is in situ in each location visiting and reporting any issues to the stock management team.

· Submit all reports and expenses on time and meet deadlines set to you by the company on information requests and feedback.

· Support with the coordination of testers, tools, leaflets, kit and furniture that may need to be transported from different locations.

BRAND SUPPORT & REPRESENTATION

· Always represent the brand to the highest standard through communication (written and verbal) grooming and information provided to BAs and customers alike.

· Keep up to date on competitor set and report back

· Support FaceGym with internal and external events that drive the overall company growth outside of Sephora such as PR and press, training sessions and be a Brand Ambassador.

· Have expert knowledge of customer types, skincare and products and services delivered by FaceGym that support sales and training. Additionally offering on the ground knowledge to the brand of customer habits and favoured products and ingredients including but not limited to FaceGym

· To communicate effectively and professionally with all FaceGym personnel and elevate any issues to the management team to help smooth running of business

· Ensuring all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to in relation to the sterilization and storage of all equipment and conducting yourself within the Sephora environment, front and back of house.

· Ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained; grooming guidelines followed and emphasis is placed on cleanliness as in close contact with clients

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will:

Essential:

· Hands on experience with customers

· Enjoys working people and passionate about the beauty industry

· Exceptional customer service skills with good self-awareness

· Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated

· Articulate and a confident communicator

· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

· Willing to travel nationally and able to stay away from home

Preferred but not essential:

· Previous experience of working in Sephora

· Previous experience of working within beauty, retail or spa

· Esthetician qualification or equivalent

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· Proven experience of working in a multi-site role
