The Job: What You Will Do
Facet Wealth is looking for an experienced and motivated recruiter who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process at all levels and across all areas of the organization. This individual will be invaluable in growing our quickly expanding team of A-players and will work in an exciting and collaborative team environment.
Specific Job Requirements:
Source, attract, and hire diverse talent for all open positions; with an initial focus on recruiting a high volume of CFP® financial professionals
Strategize with managers to determine ideal candidate profiles
Manage JazzHR ATS and LinkedIn recruiting; build recruiting processes
Make, negotiate, and send offers of employment
Actively search for lucrative career and job fair opportunities and represent Facet at these events
Leverage internal talent and leadership team as a recruiting resource
Proactively and strategically find and reach out to schools, alumni groups, and other organizations to develop recruiting relationships and source talent
Think creatively about candidate sourcing and job postings
Keep candidates in the pipeline engaged until roles become available
Research, identify and recommend best practices for full cycle recruitment function
Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process, identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Coordinate new hire orientations
Develop, maintain, and present HR recruiting metrics
Serve as point of contact between Facet and and external recruiters
Conduct initial resume and phone screens
About You:
You are ready to hit the ground running-- we expect to double the size of our financial planner team in 2020 and make a large number of other hires, too!
You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
You are comfortable taking ownership of candidate pipelines and are not afraid to take on a sales mentality when it comes to securing top talent
You have excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
You’re able to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
You have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
You are comfortable having sensitive conversations surrounding compensation
You are familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
You’re proficient with or have the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
You are proficient with Google suite and are comfortable with technology
Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with the financial services industry or prior experience recruiting financial professionals
Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process
