Summary:
The role will consist of painting buildings, walls, and other items within the Clinic. They will provide general assistance with minor maintenance tasks and ensuring that the Clinic maintains a professional appearance. Tasks will include painting the buildings, paint and repair of walls, refinishing chairs and furniture, and any other tasks the Facilities Manager needs help with.

Responsibilities:
1. Will participate and maintain a culture within The Corvallis Clinic consistent with the content outlined in the Service and Behavioral Standards Caregiver Handbook. To this end, employee will be expected to read, have familiarity, and embrace the principles contained within.

2. Work closely with Facilities Services Manager to coordinate service provided to the facility users.

3. Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning to maintain a properly presentable facility.

4. Paint and update building exteriors to ensure clean professional look.

5. Repair and paint interior walls to ensure a professional appearance to our Patients.

6. Assure compliance with company policies and all safety protocols. As well as maintain required records and documentation as required.

7. Provide support for Building Engineers as needed.

8. Maintain clean and functional work environment.

9. Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for issues or problems that need to be addressed. If the issue is within scope, make the necessary fixes, if not, escalate to the appropriate person.

10. Make minor repairs to furniture.

11. Other Duties as assigned.

Education, licensure and experience:
1. 3 years or more of painting and refinishing experience.

2. 2 years general maintenance experience.

3. High School education or equivalent.

4. Driver’s license, safe driving record and proof of adequate insurance.

Knowledge and skills:
1. Basic knowledge and skill in painting and building maintenance.

2. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

3. Good customer service knowledge and skills.

4. Ability to work compatibly with physicians, patients, and other staff.

5. Ability to drive company vehicles safely in order to perform tasks at remote facilities.
