Custodian (Part-Time)

About The Role

• Follow daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedule for a 6000 sq ft office space.
• Perform laundry duties for company production worker lab coats and towels.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• You will report directly to the Facility Director
• Must be willing to occasionally work on Saturdays for a couple of hours, but routine shift is M-F, 1pm to 6pm (there is some flexibility to start and end times of this shift)
  
  

What you"ll do

• Daily duties include, but are not limited to; empty trash receptacles, clean bathrooms, clean countertops, mop all tile surfaces, cleaning windows, vacuum carpeted areas, and rugs, dusting, clean and maintain a tidy break room area, wipe down walls, wash and dry laundry, sweep floors.
• You will be working with common household type cleaners and chemicals such as surface cleaners, floor cleaners, toilet bowl cleaners, glass cleaners, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of custodial experience.
• You should be able to demonstrate which cleaning materials are appropriate for the work that is being performed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk the duration of your shift.
• Proactive, and a self-starter.
• Attention to detail is extremely important.
  
  

The Pay Range For This Role Is

16 - 19 USD per hour(US)
