Job Title: Electrical Estimator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Estimator to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, thrive under strict deadlines, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and teamwork. Anyone with electrical experience is encouraged to apply, including electricians or those with any electrical background.

Requirements:

• Relevant electrical estimating experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to adapt in a constantly changing environment with strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with higher management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, OR Hands-on electrical field experience.
• Willingness to commit to this fast-track position for a minimum of 16 months.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate electrical estimates for various projects, ensuring timely and detailed results.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
• Consistently demonstrate the company's core values, fostering a positive team environment.
