Job Summary:
The primary role of the Investment Manager is overseeing Fahe’s portfolio of capital investments that supports Fahe’s loan portfolio of over $76MM. This position will take a lead role for the department in coordinating all activities related to the management of grant and debt capital including lending cash management, investor payments, covenant compliance and tracking, timely investor reporting, system updates, pledged asset monitoring and lending portfolio analysis. As a primary contact for internal and external clients, this position is held to a high standard of customer service. Infrequent, day and overnight travel may be required.
Essential Duties and Functions:
- Manage lending capital to ensure availability and proper usage
- Coordinate and service notes payable portfolio through communication with investors and processing payments to ensure timely receipt.
- Provide support for funding applications through data collection, report production and application inputs.
- Monitor covenant compliance with investors, ensuring organization continues to meet these requirements and alerting management to any issues.
- Generate reports for investors and management, ensuring complete and accurate information is provided and updating data systems to ensure reporting requirements are met.
- Written and oral communication with management and investors conveying financial positions and ongoing operations
- Maintain files of investor loan packages, ensuring completeness and security of original documentation.
- Generate reports for borrowers, investors and management, meeting requirements and containing complete and accurate information
- Track pledged assets as collateral and monitor valuations in compliance with investor requirements.
- Analyze financial data to produce projections, monitor outcomes and communicate findings to management
- Manage Fahe’s Real Estate Owned Portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained, marketed, and sold.
- Achieve departmental performance goals as set by management.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 4-6 Years experience in related field
- Customer Service experience
