Job Summary :
The Kentucky Access To Recovery Coordinator (RC) is responsible for screening clients for program eligibility, providing intake assessments, completing client follow up assessments, invoice data input for vendor payments, and comprehensive data tracking.
The KATR Recovery Coordinator will work to develop partnerships with recovery treatment and support organizations and will develop new service vendors within the region served.
The RC will work with other Coordinators to maintain these business partnerships.
The Recovery Coordinator will process service requests for KATR clients with a high level of precision.
The RC will work closely with colleagues and Fahe’s Finance Department to ensure the accuracy of all requests and corresponding invoices.
The RC will collect discharge and six-month follow-up data and complete, update, and maintain comprehensive records in the data management systems and submit weekly activity reports.
The RC will participate in meetings and trainings for inter-disciplinary consultation, peer support, discussion of policies and procedures, quality improvement measures, and effective utilization of the recovery management data system.
The RC will provide reports, data, and other forms of feedback necessary to improve the KATR administrative functions and client follow up process.
The KATR Recovery Coordinator shall adhere to rules of confidentiality including, but not limited to, HIPAA compliance. All documentation shall be processed and stored in a secure fashion that follows confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
Essential Duties and Functions :
Represents Fahe in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current Members, clients, suppliers and the community we serve.
Interacts effectively with a diverse group of staff and clients.
- Handles confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Maintain proper compliance in accordance to funding regulations .
- Captures ongoing client data and uses the database management systems required by KATR as well as the GPRA for reporting.
- Submits service requests and corresponding invoices for approval and inputs data into the financial data system.
- Prepares monthly reports in conjunction with other program staff to be viewed by program management capturing monthly service category expenditures.
- Provides superior customer service to participants / clients, vendors, and community partners.
- Ensures program requirements and procedures are followed accurately and with a high-level of detail.

- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (as allowed by any state regulations and recommendations).
- Able to perform basic administrative duties, basic office equipment duties, grammar and business Writing, and mathematic principles.
- Computer skills including MS Office.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to collect and Input data and prepare reports
- Able to work independently.
Preferred Education and Experience :
Education : Associates Degree or higher.
Experience may substitute.
- Experience : As noted in above position requirements.
- Desired - Previous work with a social services non-profit or recovery provider organization.

Fahe Operating Hours : 8am-5pm Monday Thursday, and 8am-4pm Fridays EDT
