We transform how resources flow through the food economy for a more fair and resilient future. Our approach integrates policy advocacy that brings proven solutions to scale, partnerships that increase our collective impact and investments in food organizations and businesses that serve their communities. • Establish relationships with staff at participating locations and share recommendations with the Double Up team about what sites may need additional support.
  • Create excitement around the site competitions through communications with site staff and supporting Double Up team members in administering the site competitions.
  • Be proficient in troubleshooting tech issues at the store.
  • Provide participant support through answering calls on the Double Up Food Bucks hotline.

  • Proficiency in using standard Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Ability to travel independently to meetings, events, and sites in metro Detroit.
  • Availability to work in the evenings and weekends.
The Rewards:
  • Program Ambassadors will work approximately 20 hours a week year-round.
  • Work with passionate, dedicated people.
  • Apply your skills for social change.
  • A 401K match after 1 year of employment, paid holidays, and professional development opportunities.
