About the Role: VP of Marketing
As the VP of Marketing, you will oversee our entire 360 marketing strategy. This role will bridge the gap between digital channels, offline channels, and CRM strategy. The VP of marketing will work directly with the Fair Harbor executive team to develop marketing plans and execute the strategy. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing the Fair Harbor attribution platforms and must have a strong analytical mind. Profitable growth is a crucial pillar at Fair Harbor, and a major responsibility will be tracking and reporting the profitability of marketing. This role is responsible for optimizing the entire marketing effort for profitability in both the near and medium-term.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with CEO, CCO and senior leadership to establish and build best-in-class brand awareness and engagement
- Manage a multi million marketing budget and track ROI
- Devise monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets based on company goals, and drive initiatives to hit those targets by capitalizing on the investments made.
- Build the full-funnel strategy. Oversee all customer acquisition across all channels (e.g. paid and organic social, paid search, direct mail, podcast/radio, affiliates, and linear/non-linear television).
- Set key performance targets (e.g. ROAS, CAC, Revenue, etc.) and report on results
- Work with analytics platforms such as Rockerbox to establish key requirements for marketing reporting dashboards
- Oversee and manage the marketing department, including, but not limited to: Director of Performance Marketing, Director of CRM, Content Director
- Optimize third party agency relationships, set KPI and goals and hold them accountable for all outputs
- Develop and execute three year marketing plan and strategy
- Align the plan with the global strategic objective
- Experience setting go-to-market strategies, sales and marketing plans based on business objectives and consumer insights.
- Develop and execute a 360 customer touchpoint strategy using digital & offline channels and tools to build a brand, customer base, and community-driven content
Position Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of marketing experience
- Strategic thinking and creative minded
- Strong background in both digital and offline marketing
- Experience with linear TV and Catalog marketing
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments with excellent follow up and follow through skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
- Highly detail oriented and consistent
- Motivated and enthusiastic; a great team player who is also able to work independently and own their function
