About You:

This key team member should be a self-starter who can independently anticipate needs, maintain a strong customer focus, enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent planning and organizing skills, as well as possess great written/verbal communication skills.

About the job:

o Assist in the Financial Planning Process for existing Clients
o Open and Service Accounts at the Custodian (Charles Schwab)
o Update and Maintain Financial Planning Software (MoneyGuidePro)
o Update and Maintain Client Relationship Management System (Tamarac CRM)
o Optimize day to day operations
o Prepare Paperwork Before Meetings
o Plan and Coordinate Client Events
o Develop systems and processes for efficiency
o Assist with marketing for new opportunities

Requirements:

 2 years of business experience
 Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
 Highly Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite
 Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
 Ability to recognize opportunities to improve and stream-line processes
 Discretion in handling confidential materials and information

Preferred but not required:

 Prior Financial Services experience
 Bachelor’s Degree

Schedule:

General working hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday in our Springfield, MO office. With NYSE Holidays observed.

Compensation:

 Starting at $40,000, depending on experience.
 Quarterly Bonus potential with specifically set goals.
 Potential for Additional benefits (retirement, etc.), depending on arrangement.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
