Description
This position will support the development and implementation activities for the new Human Capital Management (HCM) system project.
Performs the full range of professional duties required to support human resources administration, including the performance of complex and/or sensitive activities; and may manage a human resources large-scale, long-term project.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Five (5) years of progressively more responsible human resources or related experience, two (2) years of which shall have been in the field of the position.
- May be required to work evening and weekend events.
- Knowledge of the theory, procedures, and practices of one or more of the fields of human resources.
- Knowledge of FCPS policies and regulations and local, state, and federal laws that relate to the assigned office.
- Familiarity with the principles and methods of public human resources administration and educational institution organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
