Job Description:
As a member of the Resident Services Department, the Concierge/Valet must have strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills, be detailed oriented and able to multitask. In this position you must
have an approachable and friendly attitude, able to meet and greet residents, guests, and service providers.
Able to recognize and react to emergency situations, monitor, and operate electronic security control systems and accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms. Resident Services Department members are cross trained to perform duties as concierge, valet parking vehicles and receiving dock coordinator.
Position Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Monitor emergency response systems.
- Greet residents, guests, and invitees.
- Ability to quickly remember and recall names and faces.
- Monitor and control electronic security control systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain daily log, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow-up on complaint issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
