The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Eagan is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Full Time Room Attendant.
The main responsibilities of this position include: Cleans and maintains hotel property in accordance to Hawkeye Hotels and brand standards and specifications, observing safe work practices.
Please note: ***The working schedule is solely based upon the needs of the hotel business, meaning that the hours worked are directly affected by the hotel’s occupancy. ***
Other Duties include but are not limited to:
- Practices customer service behaviors, such as listening, initiative, responsiveness, cheerfulness, accommodation, courtesy, honesty, and professionalism.
- Demonstrates good communication skills and helps ensure optimum communication between all shifts, departments, and management.
- Makes decisions in the best interests of the property and in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates positive Team spirit, helping other Team members as necessary to achieve required standards of productivity and guest care.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned to include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replacing amenities
