Reporting to: Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote Working

About the role:

The Technical Account Manager will support the Solutions Engineer and work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure the smooth onboarding of new accounts and continued success throughout the customer lifecycle. As a Technical Account Manager you will work closely with both internal and external partners to ensure the integration of the Fairmatic product is completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for working with the Customer Success Analyst to provide valuable insight and recommendations to increase retention and mitigate churn.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team and customer to provide status updates and proactively identify and mitigate issues/risks throughout the onboarding and adoption of the Fairmatic platform.

  • Partner with customers during implementation to troubleshoot the integration of the product into their systems.

  • Act as a technical advisor to the customer and take part in determining account strategy.

  • Effectively communicate and document client needs to the engineering and development teams for future product enhancements.

  • Analyze data to customize solutions and resolve integration issues throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Explain and present complex concepts in a creative and easy to understand manner. 

What we need from you… (essential criteria)

  • Familiar with SaaS technologies

  • Experience working with SDK integrations

  • Curious and proactive in nature

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage time and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Java/Objective-C or other programming skills preferred

  • 2-4 years of development experience preferred

  • 1-2 year’s plus experience in a customer facing role.
