Responsibilities and Duties
Answering phone calls, assist in office operations by supporting clinical, marketing and administrative departments. Maintains patient information with utmost confidentiality, entering them in the system as well as creating files, documenting and updating it on a daily basis.
Maintaining supplies and equipment; serving clients/families; completing administrative projects.
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information; filing documents.
Serves staff and clients by answering phones; attending to visitors; answering questions; forwarding messages; keeping patients and hospice team informed of updates.
Qualifications and Skills
Knows Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Computer Skills, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills, Organization.
Must possess excellent organization, presentation, communication, computer and time management skills. Must have strong inter-personal communication skills, specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management.
