Beverage Manager

• Pay Rate Range: $80,000-85,000 USD Gross annually

Reporting into and collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Managing operations of the Food and Beverage venues and ensuring consistent exceptional customer service
• Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
• Strategizing on new products and service offerings
• Maintaining full knowledge of all beverage lists, promotions, costs, offerings, prices, and preparation methods
• Work with cross functional teams to lead Beverage initiatives that drive sustainable resolution
• Developing and growing beer, wine and cocktail programs; including retail beverage and events
• Ensures inventories are accurately accounted for; monitor beverage inventories and control costs by ordering according to par levels and anticipating future needs
• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage operations team on proper service techniques & standards, wine list information and upselling
• Build positive relationships with beverage vendors and suppliers
• Adhere to the food and beverage budget, costs and financial targets
• Create and enforce beverage policies, standards, targets and KPIs per outlet
• Assists F&B leadership with day to day tasks and projects
• Maintain close contact with client representative(s), guests and colleagues

• Service focused personality is essential and previous food & beverage leadership experience required (minimum 3 years)
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
• Possess a deep knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
• Self-motivated to meet deadlines, manage priorities, communicates challenges, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent people skills
• Exceptional guest recovery skills
• Ability to work long hours, day and night, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation regulations
• Must have Servsafe Certificate as well as RBS certification prior to employment
