Do you love providing short term counseling? We are looking for an EAP Counselor to join our outstanding team!
The EAP Counselor is responsible for providing assessment, referral and short-term counseling services. Develop and implement informative presentations, articles and other written materials as needed. Provide consultation services to managers and supervisors, and provide critical Incident Stress Management Services as needed. Maintain industry standards for providing services, and maintain accurate and complete records. Responsible for high level customer happiness for all services.
This position requires remote work. In addition to adhering to all Fairview policies, guidelines, procedures, the Fairview Commitments, and the Code of Conduct, it is the expectation the following requirements of the remote work policy will be met, including but not limited to:
Provide counseling services to employees, and family members of our organization and our contracted organizations. Maintain accurate documentation. Ability to handle crisis. The counselor role requires a high degree of flexibility to meet the changing demands of the organization and the customers we serve.
