Irrigation Installer - Foreman
to our team to lead, develop, and maintain crew members to install residential and commercial irrigation and drainage systems.
The salary for this position starts at $22.05 per hour.
Experience is a plus but not required; if you are motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn we will teach you the skills you need to excel in this role.

Lead, develop, and maintain crew members of varying skill levelsIndependently manage job and employee-related issuesInstall residential and commercial irrigation and drainage systems.
Provide unmatched customer service by communicating with the customers in a professional manner about their systems.Maintain company vehicle including cleanliness, submitting requests for routine maintenance to the fleet department.
Drive assigned route using a company vehicle.Use a tablet to complete work orders, create estimates, and call customers daily.What We Need from You :
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.Prior experience with installing irrigation, drainage, and lighting systemsStrong oral and written communication skills.
Problem solving skills and critical thinking on a mechanical level.Proficient computer skills and how to use a company tabletAbility to bend and stoop while maintaining in-ground system.
Ability to move supplies weighing up to 25lbs and occasionally lift up to 95lbs with our without reasonable accommodationsWillingness to work in all types of weather.
Bi-lingual is a plusAvailable for over-time during peak seasons (Spring and Fall).
