Urgently hiring reliable LPN/RN for home care client(s)
This female client is in her late 20s and is looking for LPN services on the westside of Atlanta. Her diagnoses include but are not limited to incontinence, g-tube, seizure, VNS, asthma and mitochondrial disease. She needs assistance with continence care, g-tube feedings, skin assessments, medication administration, seizure monitoring, etc. Family is asking for an LPN that can go with the individual into the community. This is a non-transport case as Mom will also transport LPN and the individual to community events as well as doctors' appointments. Family specifically asked for an LPN that can assist with hygiene (dressing, bathing), regular LPN duties, and occasional light housekeeping (folding laundry and changing bedding) during downtime.
Two shifts available: ten hour shifts.
