What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer Worker position at Faith Paving?
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who loves to work outside, is reliable and doesn't mind hard work. The Laborer will be responsible for learning and performing basic knowledge of steps associated with the various paving, sealing and striping projects we do. The right candidate will be a self-starter who is great at multitasking, an enthusiastic team player able to follow instructions and a detail-oriented person capable of making quick decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Be very familiar with the use of a lute, shovel ,plate compactor.
- Be able to bend your body in all positions.
- Be able to work with employees from many different cultural backgrounds.
- Approach work with enthusiasm and a desire to do a good job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
