Job Overview:

Faithful at Home Care, a premier non-medical home care company servicing several Central Pennsylvania counties from its headquarters in Lancaster has a Recruiter position available supporting the delivery of client services. The company provides personal care and other non-medical services to elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort of their homes.

This position requires a dynamic, resourceful professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. Working in a fast-paced environment this individual will be responsible for attracting, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the application and onboarding process.

This position reports to: Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Creation of job postings in company portal and job boards
• Screening and selecting candidates for interview
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Guiding candidates through the credentialing process
• Conducting reference checks
• Working collaboratively with members of the care management team
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
• Completing timely reports on employment activities
• Some travel to prearranged interviews within the serviced areas may be required
• Networking through social media, community groups, job fairs and other organizations
• Participation in the orientation process of new employees
• Recruit and support either office location as necessary

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient communicate skills
• Self- driven
• Team player
• Microsoft office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel and Word
• 4-year accredited degree desired

Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, bend, stand, twist, and lift objects up to 35 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Limited travel within adjacent counties required
