POSITION SUMMARY
Hiring and retention of field staff is critical to the success of the operation and is also the foundation upon which the employee experience is built. The Recruiting Coordinator will support Falcon’s talent acquisition and recruiting activities. With direction provided by the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will assist with recruiting and administrative tasks with the goal of attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent in our industry.
