Main Functions:

PCB Assembly.
PCB Population.
Conventional Hand Soldering (through hole).
Hand Soldering (SMT).
Wave Flow Soldering.
Inspection Test.
Final Assembly.
PCB assembly operator is responsible for manually placing different types of components on the PCB as per the design requirements and then soldering them.
Your responsibilities in this career are to read wiring diagrams, follow sample boards, select electrical components, and finalize the boards using hand tools.
Electronic components are mounted on the board and the traces connect the components together to form a working circuit or assembly.
Exp. on PCB assembly testing procedures are designed to identify and prevent PCB manufacturing faults, faulty components, soldering issues, functionality issues, component alignment, and quality issues to ensure the end product has the expected lifetime.
Should have knowledge on different types of PCB’s with PCB layers and stackings.
The individual on this job must have good communication and interpersonal skills in addition to being a team player.
