The Role
This is both an internal and external facing role as it pertains to the scope of work. As the
FalconX Program Manager you manage our primary and critical programs that supports our Founders. Additionally, this role will “keep the trains running on time” and interact directly with the FalconX partners, founders, mentors, corporate partners, and external service providers.
External Facing Responsibilities:
- Manage all logistics and operations for FalconX- including but not limited to scheduling mentors and guest speakers to present and/or conduct workshops
- Organizing events including but not limited to in-person Kickoffs, Networking
Mixers, Thematic Events and Technology Day
- Manage and/or support FalconX team with FalconX-hosted events and dinners with the goal in mind of enhancing the FalconX brand and identifying new, potential startups, mentors, corporate partners, and investors to join our community
- Be available to support founders with their requests or point them in the right direction to the appropriate FalconX team member who can help them with their requests
Internal Facing Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of planning and scheduling events, activities and any periodic team meetings
- Ensure seamless coordination, including taking meeting notes, booking venues, managing invitations, and handling logistics
- System management and maintenance: Keep the FalconX team’s systems up to date with the latest data, organize/structure the team’s Google Drive, and when relevant, propose new, efficient systems that will enhance overall team organization
- Support with general team operations- including but not limited to creating and improving internal processes, building and running reports, and making sure the entire team stays in sync and is aligned
To join our team, you should be excited to:
- Interface with startup founders. This role is primarily focused on managing
FalconX and the overall program experience for founders, which includes ongoing support and check-ins with FalconX portfolio companies (including post-program)
- Maintain and improve systems. We primarily use Outlook and Hubspot, to manage FalconX and internal team activities. You’ll help make sure our systems are up to date with the latest data. You’ll work with the team to improve our systems so we’re making decisions with the best possible data and automating as much as we can.
- Plan and execute events. You’ll ensure that our virtual and in-person events run smoothly and that all event attendees have been communicated any relevant event details. You will also help with event logistics including any necessary setup, breakdown, etc.
- Create, run, and improve reporting. You’ll support in tracking and creating reports that will reflect team progress as well as portfolio company progress and wins that will in return help the team build case studies and identify areas of improvement

The salary range for this role is between $60,000-$70,000 plus additional benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K plan, vacation, and sick leave., actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
