About the Opportunity
Falling Colors is a small (~30 person) B-certified company that is women and LGBTQ founded, owned, and operated. We are a diverse and open-minded team, with a mix of genders, ethnicities, and interests. At Falling Colors, we don’t just build technology: we build impact. We take great pride in what we do for our communities with our products, and further seek to improve the world in everything we do. We use a portion of our profits to fund our Falling Colors Foundation, which paid out over $200,000 in small business grants to help our local businesses make it through uncertain times during the pandemic. We pay our employees to volunteer and do our best to protect them from burnout with a generous PTO policy, flex time, and paid holidays.
