Federici Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Manahawkin, NJ. We are looking for an exceptional Associate Dentist candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth.
Our ideal Associate Dentist has a compassionate and confident chairside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of working clinical experience.
The associate dentist can anticipate a stable and fun environment in a patient-focused practice, with a committed support team, and beautiful facilities. About Our Practice
- In business since 1979
- 60% PPO/40% FFS
- Digital X-Ray system, Cerec, iTero
- Schedule: Part-time, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Specialty work in-office: Sleep Apnea, Invisalign, all-on-4/6 Hybrid Dentures
- Drs. work with a local Oral Surgeon to place implants and Federici Drs. make dentures
- Currently 3 Drs. and 3 Hygienists in office with 6-7 Dr. chairs and 3-4 Hygiene chairs

Associate Dentist Compensation
- Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Associate Dentist Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
