What will you be doing as a Technician Assistant with Family Entertainment Group?

• Providing outstanding guest service
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing arcade game equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Performing routine inspections on equipment
• Assembling new pieces of equipment
• Acting with a sense of urgency to keep all equipment up and running as much as possible
• Responding to calls from arcade staff to assist with equipment issues
• Using creativity and problem-solving skills to solve complex problems

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing arcade games is a plus but not required
• Experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
• Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
• Ability to inventory a wide range of tools
• Basic computer skills
• Able to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision
• A willingness to learn new things. The ideal candidate would be highly coachable.
• Experience with electrical soldering and knowledge of how to use a multimeter a plus but not required for consideration
