OUR FOUNDER & CEO
Our FO is run by our Founder & CEO, who is a highly-entrepreneurial, vision-driven Systems Engineer (SE) who specializes in Systems Intelligence (SI), Design-Thinking, and Strategy & Operations.
He is a highly-cerebral, slightly extroverted introvert who spends very little time talking and much more time listening, observing, and learning.
He is incredibly optimistic, pragmatic, and substantive, meaning he is focused on worthwhile substance rather than BS fluff or nonsense.
There are three things he absolutely hates wasting : time, money, and opportunities. Inefficiencies are what keep him awake at night, while solving complex problems with simple solutions, at scale, is what puts him at ease.
His proprietary Systems Intelligence Framework is what we will be leveraging to create an extraordinary amount of value across our entire portfolio.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As his COO & Right-Hand Business Partner, our Founder & CEO will be heavily relying on you to be his trustworthy Right-Hand Business Partner, Executor, and Confidant.
You will be the backbone of our operations, the strategic mind that turns our visions and ambitions into reality, and the Partner who stands tall and firmly by our Founder & CEO through every single challenge and triumph, without ever wavering (even when things get tough).
You will be operating in an extremely complex, fast-paced, aggressive and ambitious environment, in which you will own and spearhead a number of functions and will balance the requirement to be very hands on, while also being highly strategic.
These responsibilities will include fully understanding and overseeing our entire portfolio, playing a pivotal role in making sure each and every company achieves and exceeds their goals.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
When it comes to your professional career, our Founder & CEO wants a COO & Right-Hand Business Partner who is known for flat out getting sh done, delivering results, and exceeding expectations in ways no one else can, regardless of what is asked / required of you.
That being said, he prefers a candidate with the following experience :
- High-level operational expertise as a COO (or similar executive role) within an industry-leading consulting / management or investment firm, where you were directly responsible for assisting clients / portfolio companies in all things growth and optimization, including but not limited to : business strategy and operations, capital raising, executive / leadership team building and HR, corporate development, marketing and communications, etc.
- High-level finance and capital raising expertise, ideally having been directly responsible for individually raising, or building teams that have raised, well over $5B in capital commitments for clients / portfolio companies (private and public), funds, SPVs / SPACs, investment opportunities, etc.;
- A robust rolodex and talent pipeline (i.e. 1 degree of separation) comprised of highly-influential colleagues and connections, including but not limited to : business builders / operators, investors, influential figureheads, etc.
- all of whom implicitly trust you, your reputation, and track record, and can help you achieve any task;
- Solid understanding of FOs, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), Private Placement Firms / Agents, etc.
- with experience discussing forward-thinking investment strategies and opportunities, complex investment structures, and critical operational aspects of an investment management firm;
- Extensive experience working with and reporting directly to Founders / CEOs, with a list of very strong references from those executive leaders, as well as a proven track record of helping those leaders innovate, disrupt and deliver exponential growth and value;
- An incredibly strong business acumen, coupled with systems-based thinking and strategic analysis experience;
- Highly-effective presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
COMPENSATION
Our Founder & CEO is willing to pay whatever it takes to attract and retain the individual that he feels he can truly rely on to be his most trusted business partner, right-hand executor and confidant.
The compensation package for this role will be well above the industry average, but it will directly reflect the performance and results that we expect and demand from you.
It will include an incredibly strong base salary commensurate with your experience (in addition to annual bonuses based on your performance and results), full benefits (i.
e. medical, dental, vision, etc.), as well as an aggressive profit sharing plan derived from our FOs ownership stakes in all of our portfolio companies, which enables you to participate in a range of liquidity events.
