Individual Support Services (ISS) Coordinator
Do you have a passion for helping a diverse group of intellectually/ developmentally disabled youth and their families? The Family Resource Network has provided comprehensive support services to clients and their families for over 50 years. We are seeking compassionate ISS Coordinators to join our growing team. Our ISS Coordinators work closely with the Program Manager of ISS Services to provide quality in-home ISS services. Responsibilities:
- Complete intakes with new and prospective clients and their families
- Support ISS technicians with the implementation of treatment plans
- Monitor the progress of their assigned clients
- Act as direct supervisors to ISS technicians.
- Modify treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct parent/family training to promote the transference of skills
- Collaborate with other professionals in the client’s life.
- Write progress notes
- Complete initial CABS Assessments and reassessments
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews of ISS Technicians
- Develop and monitor client treatment plans
- Complete 6 hours of Professional Development Training annually
- Other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, social work, or a related field
- At least one year of supervised experience in developing and implementing ADL/Instrumental skill plans for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Proficient with using Electronic Health Record (EHR) software systems.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Desire for continued learning opportunities.
- Reliability with attendance.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Negative PPD within the last year.
- Crisis Management Training within the last year.
- Clear background check.
