FBG will enable a dynamic, tech-infused omnichannel sports betting experience across both digital and physical retail outlets that utilizes the Fanatics’ user base, a robust rewards and loyalty economy, as well as a trusted, recognizable brand name that has forged more than 900 partnerships within the sports industry and beyond.   The Role: At FBG we believe everything starts with our valued customers and we are focused on delivering a best-in-class sports betting and iGaming experience.  We are looking for passionate talented engineers to help build our engineering organization, define our culture, and institute the best practices and technology.  We believe a great product starts with the strength of its foundation.  Through fundamentals and excellence in object-oriented design, coding patterns, modern open source frameworks and 3rd party platform integrations we can achieve our goals to rapidly deliver and innovate in this exciting new market.  This role involves direct collaboration with our design, product, frontend, and backend development teams to define and deliver a world class sports betting mobile experience.  We are design and UX focused, we believe in turning complex problems into aesthetically beautiful and simple interfaces.  We are one team, we employ the principals of data driven development, operational excellence, process calibration and efficiency to deliver a stable, extensible platform at scale.  Most importantly, we should have fun while doing it.   In this role you will be responsible for the iOS mobile platform in its entirety and being able to build and lead a team to deliver on those responsibilities.  You will work closely with our internal and external development teams to deliver a stable and reliable application inline with our product roadmap and schedule. You will define best practices, frameworks and our 3rd party business intelligence tools and ensure they are properly deployed within the platform. As a technology leader you will need a fundamental understanding of our product, feature set and roadmap, and work closely with product to make the right technology decisions to enable the team for streamlined growth and future development.  You will be responsible for timely and accurate release cycles and managing environments for iOS development and production releases. Leading in operational excellence you will always be monitoring and aware of the overall stability and health of the application.  Being proficient with the iOS SDK you will ensure we are following Apples best practices and guidelines, storyboarding and design patterns.  With experience, creativity and smart data driven analysis you will work with the leadership team to define our product and engineering KPIs and OKRs, and work to deliver them.
